PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles of homopolymers of olefin or their copolymers, where particles are prepared by polymerizing olefin with formation of small portions of the micro particles. SOLUTION: The olefin-polymerized particle exhibits high compression elastic modulus in a specific range. The particle can be prepared, for example, by polymerizing the olefin using a polymerization catalyst containing a specific solid titanium catalyst component. Suppression of forming the micro particles prevents clogging of piping and improves the manner of handling particles in the process of manufacturing the olefin polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
