PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin film which generates no harmful chlorine-based gas when it is incinerated, which is good in film forming property, good in dimentional stability against heating for secondary processing or the like, flexible and superior in processability. SOLUTION: The polyolefin film is obtained by forming into a film a resin composition comprising an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer component [A] manufactured in the presence of a metallocene catalyst, having a density and an MFR (melt flow rate) in specified ranges, and comprising ethylene and a 3 to 20Cα-olefin; and a crystalline polyolefin component [B], and the polyolefin film has a thickness of 10 to 300μm, an initial elastic modulus in tension of 250 MPa or lower, and a heat shrinkage ratio kept for 20 minutes in an environment at 120°C of 10 % or lower.
