MAKEUP FOR SENSITIVE SKIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic which is a makeup cosmetic usable even by a person with sensitive skin and useful for supplementing lowered skin functions of the person with the sensitive skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by including (1) titanium dioxide having an inactivated surface and (2) a copolymer of (meth)acryloyloxyethoxy phosphorylcholine and an alkyl (or an alkenyl) (meth)acrylate. Titanium dioxide prepared by coating the surface of the titanium dioxide with silica or alumina and/or a hydrate thereof can preferably be exemplified as the titanium dioxide having the inactivated surface. Methacryloyloxyethoxy phosphorylcholine stearyl methacrylate copolymer can preferably be exemplified as the copolymer of the (meth)acryloyloxyethoxy phosphorylcholine and the alkyl (or the alkenyl) (meth)acrylate.
