PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount for keeping a shirt folding shape capable of folding a shirt with a member and simply and in a short time performing a work for folding, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The mount 1 is composed of a mount body 2 with a square frame shape with four sides of top, bottom, left and right, a collar shaping part 3 continuously provided on the top end of the top side part of the mount body and being longer in the left and right direction, a pinching part 4 continuously provided on the lower end of the top side part of the mount body, a skirt fixing part 5 provided on the upper part of the pinching part, and a shoulder fixing part 6 provided below it.
