PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the cross ratio of a hybrid transmission by shifting a shift range to the low side in a high mode. SOLUTION: A motor/generator MG1 and MG2, a third differential device G3 (a simple planetary gear set GF1 and GF2), a first differential device G1 (a simple planetary gear set GC) and a second differential device G2 (a simple planetary gear set GR), are arranged in order from the near side in an engine ENG. The GF1 and the GF2 mutually join carriers C3 and C3'; correlatively join a ring gear R3 to a sun gear S3'; can fix a joining body of the C3 and the C3' by a low mode brake B<SB>L</SB>; and can fix the S3 by a high mode brake B<SB>H</SB>. The MG1 is joined to a ring gear R1 of the GC, and a sun gear S1 of the GC is joined to a sun gear S3' of the GF2, and the MG2 is joined to a joining body of these S1 and S3'. A sun gear S2 of the GR is joined to a ring gear R3' of the GF2. The G3 puts the mutual sun gear S1 of the GC and sun gear S2 of the GR in an inverse directional rotation shiftable connecting state or the same directional rotation shiftable connecting state by the B<SB>L</SB>and the B<SB>H</SB>.
