PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diabetes drug for sulfonylurea secondary failure expressing excellent insulin secretion effect and hypoglycemic effect even for patients who can not obtain insulin secretion effect by using a sulfonylurea compound, a quick-acting insulin secretion promoter or the like, thererfore, can not obtain sufficient hypoglycemic effect.
