PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-type kitchen counter cabinet which saves not only space but also cost, and is furnished with a veneer panel that can be attached by easy working. SOLUTION: This kitchen counter cabinet, which comprises a cabinet body (1) and a veneer panel (2) on the back side thereof, is characterized by that a top end (11) of the back side of the cabinet body (1) and a top end (21) of the veneer panel (2) are sandwiched and fixed by a back guard cover (3) of an inversed gutter shape.
