PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which gives a cured product having good elongation properties and exhibiting good rubber elasticity, a sealing material and an adhesive. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises an organic polymer (a) bearing a crosslinkable hydrolyzable silyl group and at least one filler (b) selected from among silica, alumina, silicon carbide, zirconia, diamond, boron nitride, aluminum nitride and boron nitride. Preferably, the curable composition further contains a layered silicate. The sealing material comprises the curable composition. The adhesive comprises the curable composition.
