Joint prosthesis comprises an aligning part (15) fixed to a fixing part (1) and separating the fixing part and a hinged part (6). The hinged part is placed on the aligning part and locked in only one position. The hinged part can be brought into different positions together with the aligning part opposite the fixing part. An independent claim is also included for a process for assembling the joint prosthesis. Preferred Features: The aligning part is formed as an annular body or sleeve body which is fixed on a protrusion (3) of the fixing part in different rotating positions using a fixing arrangement (10, 14, 16).
