<p>An optical lens (1) forms images at different positions depending on the wavelength of visible light containing three components of different wavelength regions and near-infrared light. An imaging unit (2) has a plurality of pixels each including a visible light sensing portion (6) or a near-infrared light sensing portion (8). Each visible light sensing portion (6) has three sensors (3, 4, 5) for detecting visible light composed of the three wavelength components focused at different depths in the same pixel. Each near-infrared light sensing portion (8) has a near-infrared sensor (7) for detecting near-infrared light focused at a depth different from the depths at which the tree components of the visible light are focused. The visible light sensing portions (6) form a clear color image with good color reproducibility, and the near-infrared sensing portions (8) provide clear luminance information or form a black-and-white image.</p> |
