<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device, having a glitch-removing filter intended to reduce the power consumption, and to improve the characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has a filter circuit for removing glitches contained in logic signals. The filter circuit has a first delay circuit which is activated for a fixed time to delay each leading edge of the input logic signal, after the timing of its leading edge, a second delay circuit which is activated for a fixed time, to delay each trailing edge of the input logic signal after the timing of its trailing edge, and an output driver, controlled by the outputs of the first and second delay circuits, to provide a delayed output of the input logic signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
