<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a price cake from intruding into a boiler from between the through hole of a hopper and a shaft after rice cake making ends. <P>SOLUTION: A cap-shaped stopper member 15 formed of an elastic material so as to pressure contact the bottom of the hopper 5 is removably attached to the upper portion of a boss 11 provided in the center of the boiler 4, a plane portion surrounded by a cylindrical side wall forms the stopper member 15, a plurality of small holes 18 are arranged in the plane portion, detouring around the part beneath the through hole 12. Consequently, steam generated in the boiler 4 passes through the small holes 18 of the stopper member 15 without resistance, and even if a rice cake droops from between the through hole 12 at the bottom of the hopper 5 and the shaft 10, the rice cake can be prevented from intruding into the boiler 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
