发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ANAEROBICALLY TREATING ORGANIC WASTE
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen fermentation/methane fermentation treatment method for treating solid-containing organic waste such as sewage sludge, waste sludge, livestock excreta, garbage and the waste of a food factory, and in particular to optimize a biological treatment process for simply and efficiently solubilizing/degrading the organic solid content into lower molecular weight materials in a short time by making good use of the reactive characteristics of an anaerobic microbe into a hydrogen/methane two-stage fermentation process. <P>SOLUTION: The method and an apparatus for anaerobically treating organic waste are constituted so that hydrogen and methane are recovered biologically by a two-stage fermentation process consisting of an anaerobic solubilization/hydrogen fermentation stage as the former stage of two stages and a methane fermentation stage as the latter stage. The anaerobic treatment is a biological reaction carried out at 30 to 70°C at pH 5 to 8.5. The organic waste is fermented in two stages by returning a part of an outflow component from the methane fermentation stage to the solubilization/hydrogen fermentation stage. It is preferable that a hydraulic residence time of the solubilization/hydrogen fermentation stage is 0.2 to 5 days, that of the methane fermentation step is 0.2 to 2 days and that of a solubilization step is 3 to 4.8 days. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
