FILM FOR LASER VIA PROCESSING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film good in the capability of laser via processing with good productivity.

SOLUTION: This film is a polyester film the substrate layer of which is subjected to biaxial orientation. The substrate layer has a glass transition temperature of 100-160°C, a heat conductivity of≥0.10 W/(m×K), a light transmittance of≤30% at the wavelength of 355 nm, and a Young's modulus of 5-20 GPa.
