PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage parking facility easy in loading and unloading and securely lifting an upper support board. SOLUTION: A pair of V-shaped rotating plates 31 support rolls 35 arranged in two rows rotated by wheels. According to the rotation of the rolls, a foldable lifting part 130 is driven to lift the upper support part 111. The rotating ranges of the rotating plates 31 are restricted by stoppers 67 and 68, and the amount of the rolls projected from the holes 21a of a sloped board 20 is changed.
