PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote removal and reconstruction allowing the effective reuse of a unit building by proposing more widely constitution and application in removing and reconstructing the unit building. SOLUTION: The unit building T constituted by connecting a plurality of building units 11-13 obtained by forming framed structures of columns 21, 26 and beams 22, 23, has a column-omitted joint part 14 omitting the column at least at one part of mutual abutting parts of the building units 11-13. A column-mounting process for mounting the column 26 to the column-omitted joint part 14 of the unit building T, a unit dismantling process for dismantling into the individual building units, a transport process, and a building fabricating process for fabricating the unit building, are respectively executed.
