PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive coating material having a higher adhesiveness and an electrically conductive property. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive coating material is obtained by mixing 5-33 pts. wt. of a resol type phenol resin, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. of an amino compound, 0.5-4 pts. wt. of a phosphoric acid-based titanium coupling agent, and 0.5-4 pts. wt. of an alkanolamine to 100 pts. wt. of metal copper powder having an average particle diameter of 50μm or smaller, in particular of 1-30μm, and by adjusting the viscosity to 20-50 dPa×s with a given organic solvent.
