PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which mixing a small amount of an additive significantly improves de-aerating properties of a liquid addition curing type silicone rubber composition, and can shorten a de-aeration step and prevent reduction of product quality due to incorporation of residual bubbles without adversely affecting transparency and various physical properties. SOLUTION: The liquid addition curing type silicone rubber composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of an organopolysiloxane base oil for a liquid addition curing type silicone rubber and 0.001-50 pts. wt. of a perfluoroalkyl group-containing silicone oil represented by general formula (1), wherein R<SP>1</SP>denotes a 1-12C saturated hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>denotes hydrogen or a 1-12C saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group; R<SP>3</SP>denotes an aryl group; R<SP>f</SP>denotes a 1-12C perfluoroalkyl group; R<SP>4</SP>denotes a group selected from an R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>f</SP>or OH group; l and m each denotes a number of 1 or more on the average; and l+m+n is a number of 2 or more.
