PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of, simplify the manufacturing process of, reduce the weight of and simplify waste disposal of a packaging container, i.e., a blister container. SOLUTION: This container comprises a blister section 12 having a containing section 15 for containing cosmetics 11, and a substrate section to be stuck on the blister section 12 with the cosmetics 11 contained therein for retaining the cosmetics 11 between the front blister section 12. The blister section 12 is made of a see-through resin and a substrate section 13 is made of a resin sheet and made into an external shape smaller than that of the blister section 12.
