PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet storage device capable of easily and surely peeling a lid material covering an aperture of a sheet storage receiving wet sheets or the like to have the aperture exposed. SOLUTION: The wet sheets are stored in the sheet storage 3, the aperture 6 is formed on the upper surface 31 of the storage 3, and the lid material 5 covering the aperture is stuck to the upper surface 31. A fixing part 59 at the tip of the lid material 5 is fixed to an open/close member 4 slidable with respect to the sheet storage 3. When the sheet storage 3 is to be drawn out from the member 4, the lid material 5 is gradually peeled off from the upper surface 31 to keep the aperture 6 exposed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
