PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that by making conventional swinging incubators smaller in size, since a swinging rotary mechanism at its central part can not blow sufficient amount of cooling air to a heat radiation plate at its upper part, its temperature changing range is small. SOLUTION: This swinging incubator is provided by installing a space at its central part by arranging the swinging rotary mechanism which is placed at the central part, to surrounding four corners so as to be able to install a fan at the part where the conventional swinging rotary mechanism is placed. By the fan, it is possible to blow the cooling air from the beneath of the heat radiation plate sufficiently and the temperature-changing range does not become narrow even if the swinging incubator is made as a small size.
