PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance user friendliness by matching the regions around magnifying optical system units with the form of utilization in operation. SOLUTION: The binocular magnifier 10 is configured by equipping a frame 11 with right and left spectacle lenses (lenses for the binocular magnifier) 12 and 13, forming apertures 12a and 13a which are through-holes in alignment to the user's pupil positions in the central parts of the spectacle lenses 12 and 13 and cementing right and left magnifying optical system units 14 and 15 for magnifying and observing objects to the apertures 12a and 13a. The spectacle lenses 12 and 13 are designed, as shown in Figure 2, with the upper sides of the apertures 12a and 13a being the centers as far sight portions 12b and 13b, the right and left as intermediate portions 12c and 13b and the lower sides as near sight portions 12d and 13d, as regions respectively having different degrees of refracting powder.
