FUNCTION GENERATOR CIRCUIT, AND TEMPERATURE CHARACTERISTIC ADJUSTING METHOD FOR FUNCTION GENERATOR CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function generator circuit capable of evaluating its temperature characteristics at a predetermined temperature, and to provide a temperature characteristic control method therefor. SOLUTION: The function generator circuit comprises a temperature sensor 1 which outputs an output current (Iiin) of primary temperature characteristics or an output voltage (Vlin) of the primary temperature characteristics; a tertiary function generating circuit 2 that inputs the output current (Ilin) or the output voltage (Vlin) of the temperature sensor 1 and generates a tertiary temperature characteristic voltage (Vcub); and a control data storage circuit 3 which records control data for controlling output characteristics of the tertiary function generating circuit 2. An external control signal is applied from an external control terminal 4 to the temperature sensor 1 to allow the temperature sensor 1 to variably output the output current (Ilin) or the output voltage (Vlin), thereby controlling the temperature characteristics of the tertiary function generating circuit at an ordinary temperature.
