PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cut-off to be performed by detection of attrition of the voltage of a battery, in a time zone when gas is not used, in a gas circuit breaker. SOLUTION: The battery voltage is detected by a battery voltage detecting means 3, on the basis of the signals of a flow-rate input section 6 and a timer section 1 for measuring a predetermined time interval, and a valve 5 is closed, if attrition of the voltage is detected.
