A drinks crate has a paper or carton hood that is placed over a bottle in a dispenser. The carton liner has a trapezoidal tab that is joined to one of two bonding surfaces at a perforation line. By bonding together of the two bonding surfaces, the trapezoidal tab cab be turned through 180[deg] to provide a 90[deg] angle. The trapezoidal tab has a die-cut hole through which the bottle neck projects under the carton weight, assisted by blown air.
