An electric line connection which on the side (12b) facing away from the side (12a) touched by an incoming animal (marten) the HV contact plate/board has a contact lug with a slot (22), the edge of which cuts into the line in the insulating sleeve and thus contacts the metal core. An insulating plate (14) is provided which has a depression for accommodating the contact lug (20) carrying the line clamped in the slot (22) and on it, the HV contact plate (12) extending parallel to it with an intermediate sandwich-type line (10) clamped in the slot (22) and releasably fixed.
