PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waiting time of a user until the start of print, to prevent the irritation of the user, and to efficiently use a printer resource even in such a base as a convenience store where any exclusive line cannot be set and a low speed line is used.

SOLUTION: A print job is registered from a PC 401 into which a USB memory 501 is inserted at each base 300 in a data center server 101 installed in a data center 100, and the print job is transmitted to a print server 301 at the base 300 designated by a user by the data center server 101, and the print server 301 at the base 300 is made to execute printing by a printer 302 by the insertion of the USB memory 501 by the user.
