<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet having adequate magnetic properties together with high strength and high fatigue strength. <P>SOLUTION: This non-oriented magnetic steel sheet has an elemental composition comprising 0.02% or less C, 4.5% or less Si, 3.0% or less Mn, less than 0.2% Al, 0.5% or less P, 0.2% to 4.0% Cu, 0.5% to 5.0% Ni, further one or two elements of Sb and Sn in an amount of 0.005-0.2% in total, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; has a tensile strength TS of 500 MPa or higher; and a ratio FS/TS of 10<SP>7</SP>fatigue limit strength FS to the tensile strength TS of 0.85 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
