<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thin mobile radio equipment which secures high antenna radiation efficiency without hindrance to communication even in various use states of the folding mobile radio equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A plate-like conductor 104 and plate-like conductors 106 and 107 spacing from the plate-like conductor 104 are provided in a first case of the folding mobile radio equipment which has a mechanism freely opening/closing by coupling the first case and a second case with a hinge part, and a gravity sensor 122 detects a tilt angle in order to decide a use state of the mobile radio equipment in accordance with the tilt angle of the mobile radio equipment, and a control part 123 controls a high frequency switch 112 in accordance with the tilt angle to selectively feed power to the plate-like conductors 106 and 107.
