<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type solar heat pump system with high energy efficiency realizing compatibility between inflow prevention of a liquid refrigerant into a compressor and uniformalizing of solar panel temperatures, and miniaturization of a heat storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: A heat pump cycle is composed of the compressor 5, a radiator 7, an expansion valve 9, and an evaporator 4. A hybrid collector 1 has the solar panel 25, and a latent heat storage part 2 arranged in a rear face side of the solar panel 25 and internally provided with the evaporator 4 and a latent heat storage material causing a change of phase at a predetermined temperature, and the heat storage tank 13 storing heat produced by the radiator 7.
