PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manufacture a sheet at a high speed without lowering the characteristics originally possessed by a raw material. SOLUTION: This sheet manufacturing apparatus is equipped with an extruder 3 for extruding a thermoplastic resin having a melt ratio resistance value of 0.3×108(Ωcm) or above into a sheetlike shape in a molten state and a moving cooling body 5 for cooling the molten sheetlike body 4a extruded from the extruder 3 and constituted so that a tape-like electrode 10 with a thickness of 5-200μm is arranged along the vicinity of the contact point of the molten sheetlike body 4a with the moving cooling body 5, a plurality of projections with a protruded quantity of 0.1 mm or above are provided to the leading end part of the tape-like electrode 10 and streamer corona discharge is applied to the molten sheetlike body 4a from the tape-like electrode 10 by applying positive voltage to the tape-like electrode 10 to electrostatically bring the tape-like electrode 10 into close contact with the moving cooling body 5.
