PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device with a sound generator in which an electro-optical device and a sound generator can be compactly mounted and the acoustic design of the sound generator can be obviated for a casing for mounted electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device 100 with the sound generator comprises a first frame 113, a second frame 131 that faces the first frame, a third frame 122 held between the first frame and the second frame, an electro-optical panel 111 supported by the first frame, and a sound generator 121 which is supported by the second frame, covered with the second frame and the third frame and disposed to overlap with the electro-optical panel in a planar manner.
