PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing device which eliminates image quality disturbing components of component image signals containing the image quality disturbing components (dot-disturbing components and cross-color disturbing components), and improves the quality of the component image signal. SOLUTION: A simplified Y/C separator circuit 13 separates composited image signals in first luminance signals and first color signals, without three-dimensionally processing them. A color demodulator circuit 14 color-demodulates the first color signals to first color difference signals. A three-dimensional processing device 16 three-dimensionally processes the first luminance signals and the first color difference signals or the second luminance signals and second color difference signals forming component image signals to eliminate the image quality disturbing components. A selector 15, selectively supplies the first luminance signals and the first color difference signals or the second luminance signals and the second color difference signals, to the three-dimensional processor 16.
