PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and minutely perform color adjustment, gray level adjustment, image quality adjustment, and gamma correction adjustment of a monitor and a printer in an endoscope with analog signal connected between devices. SOLUTION: A color chart has first, second, and third color chip groups and an achromatic color chip group, each of which consists of a plurality of color chips of the same form linearly arranged in a first direction. Each color chip of each color chip group is constituted of color mixture of R, G, and B at a fixed ratio. The first color chip group shows a gradation wherein the ratio of R is monotonously increased for each color chip in the array direction of the color chips and the ratios of G and B are monotonously reduced for each color chip, and the second color chip group shows a gradation wherein the ratio of G is monotonously increased for each color chip and the ratios of R and B are monotonously reduced for each color chip, and the third color chip group shows a gradation wherein the ratio of B is monotonously increased for each color chip and the ratios of R and G are monotonously reduced for each color chip, and the achromatic color chip group shows a gradation wherein R, G, and B are monotonously increased for each color chip at the same ratio.
