PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of improving the usability while dispensing with draining, and improving user's amenity. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a refrigerant circuit, an adsorption rotor and a controller. The air dehumidified by the adsorption rotor exchanges the heat with a refrigerant in an evaporator of the refrigerant circuit. The adsorption rotor is regenerated by the air heated by a condenser of the refrigerant circuit. A detection value of a physiological capacity sensor 46 is input to a human body condition estimating part 51 of the controller. The human body condition estimating part 51 estimates user's warm-cold feeling and comfortable feeling on the basis of the input value. An operation control part 52 of the controller determines a temperature and a wind speed of the blown-out air on the basis of the estimated value obtained by the human body condition estimating part 51. Here, the operation control part 52 decides the temperature and the wind speed of the air to keep the air passing through the evaporator at a temperature higher than a dew-point temperature.
