PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ventilator which is provided to a mullion part or vertical frames. SOLUTION: The inner structure of a mullion part (vertical frame part) has a structure previously communicating outdoor side with indoor side. A ventilation adjusting chamber is provided between the first opening part and the second opening part of the indoor side, wherein a ventilation amount adjusting plate for automatically adjusting the flow-out amount of ventilation to indoor by being oscillated by the intake air quantity from outdoor.
