PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch press with an unloader capable of carrying even small plate members out in the punch press to hold a plurality of tool supporting bodies by the turning body of a tool changing device. SOLUTION: The punch press comprises a press head unit 103 for elevating/lowering a ram, the tool changing device 8 having a pair of upper and lower turning bodies 16 which are independently freely turnable while the turning locus passes through the press head unit 103, and an unloader 102 to carry a plate Wa located below the press head unit 103 out. The lower turning body of the tool changing device 8 has a plurality of die tool supporting body holding stations to hold a tool supporting body to support a die tool in the turning direction. The upper turning body 16 has a plurality of punch tool holding stations 18A to hold a punch tool supporting body 3 to support a punch tool 1 in the turning direction. Further, the upper turning body 16 has a notched portion 104 for advancing the unloader which is opened in the outer side in the radial direction to make a part of the unloader 102 advance at one position or a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction.
