PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planter having efficiently protected seedling placing stands. SOLUTION: The seedling planter for planting in plural ridges has a driving seat 52 on a body 7 having front wheels and rear wheels, a seedling planting body 9 set liftably to the body 7, and seedling placing stands behind the driving seat 52, three of which stands are laterally arranged and supported by the seedling planting body 9 to form spaces A between the stands each other, wherein right and left frames 70 extending backward from the vicinity of the driving seat 52 are set on the body 7 side and each of the seedling placing stands 11 is set between the right and left frames 70 and at the right and left sides of the frame.
