PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat receiving structure realizing a reduction in number of components, simplification of time and effort for attachment working and secures further space for a reaction force unit. SOLUTION: Engagement portions 6, 7, 8 which can hold a reaction force unit 5 in a state that relative oscillating movement is possible are integrally formed at both ends of the reaction force unit 5 and a seat receiving member 3 and a back attachment member 4 to which the reaction force unit 5 is attached by press-molding at least to the seat receiving member 3 and the back attachment member 4, and the reaction force unit 5 is attached directly to the seat receiving member 3 and the back attachment member 4 by using the engagement portions 6, 7, 8. It is preferable that a stopper which regulates the range in which the back attachment member 4 can tilt toward the seat receiving member 3 is provided and after the reaction force unit 5 is attached in a state that the regulation of the stopper is released, regulation by the stopper is performed again in a state that the seat receiving member 3 and the back attachment member 4 are relatively swung and the reaction force unit 5 is shrunk to be less than the natural length and the possible range of tilting of the back attachment member 4 is restricted.
