PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plowing apparatus having an efficient and simple structure efficiently plowing rhizomic residues buried in soil in order to promote degradation/rotting of the rhizomic residues with aerobic organic substances and compost the rhizomic residues without causing trouble. SOLUTION: The plowing apparatus is characterized in that a platy traction plate pulled with a tillage machine, moving in mud and having a required width and a plurality of platy plowing blades tilted to the rear for plowing the rhizomic residues in the width direction of the traction plate are installed in rows.
