<p>The present invention refers to bisphosphonate pharmaceutical formulations and the use thereof for the preparation of an injectable medicament for the treatment of pathologies sensitive to the action of BPs among which there are some pathologies of the skeletal system. Such formulations comprise a solubilizing/dispersing vehicle comprising a water emulsion of lipids for instance mono-, di-or triglycerides; soy bean, olive or fish oils and/or phospholipids for instance phosphatidylcholine; soy bean lecithin or egg yolk lecithin and show high tolerability.</p> |
