<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the prevention of excessive printing and confidential information leakage such as missing of printed matter on the part of an order receiver by counting the total number of printed paper pieces in each printing process from order receiving to delivery while enhancing the confidentiality of data themselves, with the use of a removable device with an authentification function; writing the count number in a portable storage means; and notifying an orderer of the counter number. <P>SOLUTION: It is made impossible for computers 106 to 108 to execute a plurality of processes for creating printed matter from print data without connecting USB memory 109 with an authentification function which is portable and has an authentification function, enabling the reading/writing of printing data and information with the computers 106 to 108. Further, the computers 106 to 108 count the total pieces of printed paper in each printing process and manage information thereon and write the confirmable information on the total number of printed paper pieces from the managed information on the printed paper pieces in the storage medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
