PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used apartment house appraisal system capable of reflecting a difference in design factor affecting living comfortableness on an appraisal for a used apartment house.

SOLUTION: By this used apartment house appraisal system, a dealer 2 appraises a sales value of the used apartment house. A server computer 111 in an apartment house supply institution 1 stores classified design/specification reference data of the supply institution 1 and other dealers. When an initial estimated value, which is obtained by multiplying an agreed sales value unit price per unit area of a comparison property serving as a contracted sales property similar to an appraisal property by a ratio obtained by comparison between the appraisal property and the comparison property and an occupation area of the appraisal property, is inputted, a computer 21 of the dealer receives the design/specification reference data of both properties from the server computer 111 to reflect an evaluation value for design and specification led from the design/specification reference data on the initial estimated value and calculates a final appraisal.
