HARD COATING AGENT COMPOSITION AND OPTICAL INFORMATION MEDIUM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coating agent composition useful for forming a hard coating layer having excellent antistaining properties and lubricity and scuff and abrasion resistances on the surfaces of various objects and to provide an optical information medium using the hard coating agent composition.

SOLUTION: The hard coating agent comprises a fluorine-containing polyether compound (A) having a perfluoropolyether unit, a urethane bond and active energy ray-reactive group and a curable compound (B) having two or three or more active energy ray-polymerizable groups in the molecule. The optical information medium has a film composed of one or a plurality of layers containing at least a recording layer 4 or a reflection layer on a supporting substrate 20. In the optical information medium, at least one surface of the surface on the side of the supporting substrate 20 and the surface on the film side is formed of a hard coating layer 8 containing a cured product of the hard coating agent composition.
