PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shield structure from increasing in number of components and in assembly manhour as many as possible in the shield structure for shielding a substrate-side connector and a cable-side connector which are connected to each other from an electromagnetic wave as to electronic equipment equipped with a wiring board on which electronic components are mounted, a shield case which is fitted to the wiring board to surround the electronic components, a substrate-side connector which is mounted on the wiring board and connected to a cable-side connector of an electrical wiring cable, and a subordinate wiring board formed in a body different from the wiring board. SOLUTION: The shield case is provided with a frame which surrounds the substrate-side connector and the cable-side connector connected to the substrate-side connector, and a connection pattern shaped in conformity with an opening edge of the frame is formed on the subordinate wiring board, and installed over the frame of the shield case to shield the cable-side connector and substrate-side connector which is connected to each other, while housing them in the space formed of the frame and subordinate wiring board.
