PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comfortable user interface environment on a browser phone when providing a service of relaying a specified web page with an additional content loaded to the browser phone. SOLUTION: An information providing apparatus comprises a means for acquiring a specified URL from a browser phone; a means for acquiring a specified web page corresponding to the specified URL; a means for sending to the browser phone a converted web page generated by the combination of additional screen information to converted screen information originated from the specified web page; and a means for storing additional content loadable in the additional screen information. The converted web page is processed in the browser phone. The converted screen information displays screen information on the specified web page and validates a cursor function on the display, and the additional screen information scrolls a character string of the additional content in a scroll information area assigned in the recovered screen information on the specified web page and, as a specific input key on the browser phone is operated, sends a specific URL.
