PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target portable telephone set which is used to allow any arbitrary electronic computer or fixed telephone set to respond to an incoming call or to display information, associated with the incoming call. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set comprises a body 2902 comprising a mobile phone user interface means for performing display, a wrist band 2901 for mounting the body on the arm, and a coupling part 2903 for coupling the wrist band, when the wrist band is mounted on the arm like a watch, and the coupling part comprises a mobile phone weak radio wave communication means for communication using weak radio waves. The mobile phone weak radio wave communication means outputs a call arrival status report representing that a call arrival status is prepared, to a fixed telephone set 3102 or an electronic computer 3101 using weak radio waves. When the portable telephone set is mounted on the arm, since the coupling part comes to the side of the palm, when a handset or a keyboard is operated to allow the fixed telephone set or the electronic computer to respond to the incoming call to the portable telephone set, communication using weak radio waves is prevented less from being disturbed by the user's hand.
