PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an erroneous operation by two operations, a tentative operation and a deciding operation. SOLUTION: When a power source is turned on, an initial menu screen is displayed and the name of control target equipment is displayed on an operation part of the initial menu screen. When the operation part is operated first, the control target equipment is selected. At this time, an operation instruction operated first is decided by operating it twice. The control target equipment selected by the first operation is decided and an operation instruction signal is transmitted to the decided control target equipment. The control target equipment is tentatively displayed on a panel display part by the first operation. The control target equipment is decided by the next operation. Corresponding sound is outputted by each of the tentative operation and the deciding operation and the operation contents are confirmed also by the sound. In the case of the selection mistake of the control target equipment, new control target equipment is displayed and the control target equipment is decided by instructing another control target equipment and depressing an operation button twice at the state.
