PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter for removing noise in a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: The noise filter comprises: a plurality of insulation body layers 13 having one group or both groups of a plurality of helical first conductors 11a, 11b or/and a plurality of helical second conductors 12a, 12b; one inductor conductor 14 having a plurality of first conductors 11a, 11b; one capacitor conductor 15 having a plurality of second conductors 12a, 12b; first and second extraction electrodes 17, 18 connected to both end parts 16a, 16b of the inductor conductor 14; and a third extraction electrode 20 connected to one end part 19a of the capacitor conductor 15. A plurality of insulator layers 13 internally comprise the first conductors 11a, 11b and the second conductors 12a, 12b on one same surface, where the second conductors 12a, 12b are respectively formed between the lines of the first conductors 11a, 11b along the conductors 11a, 11b.
