The present invention transmits an inherited property list making request, a heir selection request, an inheritance assignment request, and an executor selection request to user terminal on receiving a will making request from the user terminal, transmits a generated will draft to the user terminal, and generates a revised will if there is a supplementary or a revision request. Thus, the testator can make the will satisfying the statutory conditions with ease.</p> |
